Calling out your hand
You raise preflop, then raise on the flop, and your opponent reraises you. As you are pondering if your hand is beat, your opponent blurts out "What, do you have Kings or Aces over there?" It is likely he is trying to scare you off the hand. If he has Kings or Aces beat, why would he give any indication that he has them beat? He probably has a drawing hand.

The staredown
Most players have read a book or two, and gathered that it is unlikely a player with a weak hand will look another player directly in the eye. So when they bluff, they'll try their darnedest and stare directly at you, almost too intensely. This too, may be a sign of weakness.

Suddenly Spoken
You are facing a fairly large raise. After some contemplation you begin to reach for chips. The raiser blurts out some kind of comment. It doesn't really matter what is said, because it is extremely unlikely he'd say anything with a big hand. He is probably taking a last ditch effort to get you off the hand.

Peeking at the hole cards on the flop
This may be an indication that someone flopped a flush draw, and they can't remember what suit the higher card was. You at least know they didn't make the flush already. Many experienced players know this, and will intentionally peek again, so know your players!

Shaky hands
Observe a player with shaky hands when betting chips. If they do it all the time, then it may be a physical condition you can overlook. But if they do this infrequently, they may have a big hand. It is difficult to control that adrenaline!
